We went down to studs and I was honestly nervous about surprises, but the crew was clear about what they found and what it would take to do it right.
Waterproofing was not “optional” for them, which I appreciated. The tile lines are clean, glass is perfectly centered, and they kept the house livable.
Only small knock: one item (vanity top) was backordered so the final punch list slid by a day, but communication was solid.

The double vanity and lighting were the whole reason we started this project, and it came out exactly how we pictured it.
They walked us through the electrical plan (switches, dedicated circuits, fan, GFCI) and it felt organized from day one.
Daily cleanup was a big deal for us in a small home, and they kept it under control. The mirrors and lighting look amazing in person.

We remodeled this guest bath mainly for resale and it made the space feel higher-end immediately. The niche is perfectly centered, grout lines are straight, and the caulking is clean.
They also replaced shutoffs and explained what was being updated to meet code.
One suggestion: ask for a written list of finish options early. We changed one tile choice mid-way and it added a couple days.
Overall, really happy with the result.

Yes. We prepare drawings when needed, submit applications, and coordinate all city inspections. You’ll have a single point of contact who updates you on every step.
Cosmetic refresh: ~2 weeks. Standard remodel: 3–5 weeks. Full gut with layout changes: 5–7+ weeks. We publish a firm timeline and include a late fee clause for delays within our control.
If you add or upgrade items after signing, we issue a written change order with pricing before work proceeds. No verbal changes—everything is documented to protect your budget and schedule.
Yes—California license, workers’ comp, and general liability with $2M+ coverage. Certificates are provided with your proposal upon request.
Daily floor and dust protection, sealed work areas, negative-air when required, and end-of-day cleanup. We also provide photo updates on progress.
